Zap-Map’s annual public charging network satisfaction rankings are in, with Instavolt topping the pile as the only charging network to win more than four stars.
The survey ranks MFG EV Power and Osprey in second and third place respectively, with Pod Point ranking fourth.
In last place is legacy Ecotricity Electric Highway points for the second year in a row. Second from bottom is Charge Your Car, which is owned by bp pulse, who coincidentally are third from the bottom (we’re looking at you, bp).

Top Charger recently looked into the most expensive public chargers, finding IONITY has the highest costs, with Instavolt (first in Zap-Map’s satisfaction survey) offering some of the cheapest prices for rapid charging.
